NEVER RETAIL PRICE’S RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want your time on NeverRetailPrice.com to be the best shopping experience of your life. However, in the event that you find you’d like to return an item, we’ve worked to make the process as easy as possible. You’ll begin by contacting us at customerservice@neverretailprice.com, where one of our customer service experts will start the return process by providing you with a Return Authorization Number, or RAN, and an address where you’ll need to ship the returned item. Please remember: The Never Retail Price team can only process returns that have a valid Return Authorization Number, so please be sure to provide your RAN. Refunds or replacement product decisions are made at the discretion of the Never Retail Price team.

To receive a full refund under our 30 Day No Hassle Returns, the following conditions must be met:

  1. You must notify customerservice@neverretailprice.com about the return, receive your Return Authorization Number and ship the product back to the address customer service gives you within 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. The merchandise being returned cannot be opened or used in any way and must still be in its original packaging.
  3. Your purchase slip must be included along with the returned package.

Please note:   Return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount, unless product was damaged or received the wrong item (Please see “A Damaged Product or the Wrong Item” below.) In addition, some items will incur a 25% restocking fee; these items are clearly labeled.

A Damaged Product or the Wrong Item

We aim for perfection and hope that none of our customers ever experiences problems with an order. In the rare event that the wrong product is sent, or an item is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us at customerservice@neverretailprice.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and an address that you can use to return your item(s). In some instances, we may ask for a photo of the item in question. Once we receive the incorrect or damaged product, we can send you a new product or provide you with a refund. The Never Retail Price team can only process returns that have a valid Return Authorization Number, so please be sure to provide your RAN. Refunds or replacement product decisions are made at the discretion of the Never Retail Price team.
